SACA COMMITTEE FOR COOPERATION AND INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: RESEARCHING AND EXPANDING INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

On May 30, the SACA Committee for Cooperation and International Development participated in a working session with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), a national-level agency dedicated to promoting trade and investment in industries focused on services and consumer goods (including design, manufacturing, and distribution). The event was organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Business Associations (HUBA).

On the side of the Trade Council (CCPIT), the delegation was led by the Director of the Trade and Investment Promotion Department. They organized the event “Foreign Trade Promotion 2025 – ASEAN Regional Sourcing and Promotion Conference,” which brought together 28 high-quality manufacturing enterprises from China. These companies represented various sectors, including Trade, Furniture Accessories, Construction Decoration Materials, Home Appliance Manufacturing, Exhibition and Conference Services, Solar Energy, Electronic Components, and Electrical Equipment. Their visit aimed to explore and survey the Vietnamese market.

At the working session, Ms. Cao Thi Nhu Thuy, representing the Committee for Cooperation and International Development (ICDD) of the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Construction and Building Materials (SACA), delivered a speech introducing the SACA Association and its international ecosystem. Ms. Nhu Thuy shared, “SACA has a diverse ecosystem in the fields of construction and building materials, and is ready to explore, participate in, and connect to expand into international markets.”
